      <image:caption>This is called an assessment. If you're an adult coming alone, I will meet with you do discuss your needs and how best to support you. If you’re a young person, I usually meet with both parents and you where possible. If this is not possible, I try to meet with at least one parent or guardian and the young person. This is to briefly discuss what’s going on for you. It’s usually about an hour max.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>That’s up to you! Usually, we will discuss what’s going on for you and figure out ways to help you manage better. Lots of people come to talk to me about lots of different things. Most common reasons are anxiety, low mood, things going on at home, difficulty with attending school or university etc. I will do my best to support you through it .</image:caption>

      <image:caption>I will work with your parents to help them to support you! This might mean things like helping them to communicate better with you or helping them to understand you more.       <image:caption>Hi and welcome to my page! I’ve been working with adults and young people since receiving my MA in Person Centered Counselling, in 2014. Adolescence is a tricky time, and I’d like to help you navigate the difficult terrain of growing up. Sometimes, we can feel a little lost on this developmental journey, particularly, given the pressures put on young people today. I work with both adults and young people (from 12 upwards) and I believe that with the right conditions, change is possible. My role is to help faciliate that change for you. I love the work that I do and I hope I can help you. If you are a concerned parent or a young person or and adult looking for therapy, please get in touch with me. Reaching out for help is a very brave step and can be a scary one, but I’ll do my best to help you.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>I work from a Gestalt framework, meaning that I like to consider the whole picture in order to help you understand what might be going on for you and how best to move forwards. I use a lot of creative tools in my work, this helps to make it more relaxed and a little more interesting! I provide parental support (for under 18’s), to help parents feel less alone in supporting their adolescent.</image:caption>
